HEALTHY FOODS

 From ancient times the  people  tired to get healthy foods. Therefore they were inclined to preserve the foods in the dilicious quality. Eating a healthy diet can protect people from disese can lead a healthy life.To get  healthy, we need to prepare food at home . Fresh food should be obtained from the garden. When buying food from the market , one should be concered about its nutritional value . When preparing food, care should be taken about the nutrients its contains.Fast food should be reduced as much as possible.Insects such as files would have be eaten foods. Don't eat expired foods. Vegitables and fruitsshould be throughly  was hed and eaten. We should  also wash our hands with soap and water before eating. Boisoning while cooking will preserve nutrional value.  Avoid eating too much flour oil and salt. Fresh milk yoghert be milk is a very healthy food.   RICE Rice is the main food in Sri  Lanka. In Sri Lanka, it is grown  in Kurunagala , Anuradhapura , Polonnaruwa etc.Carbohydrates , fat , dietary, fiber,vitemin B are  present in abundance in rice.
