Also , policy offering have a special places in these festivals.   Thaipongal is a hindu cultural festival which is held on 15th of january every month and they offer vijaya pooja to the sun god.The vali festival is also a hindu culturul festival.Here the procession carrying the veli cart on the street.    Muslims celebrate ramasan after a period of month fasting.It is a relegious festival of the muslims tribe. Hajji is also a cultural festival of the muslims. Christmas is a cultural festivals of the chatholic people and is celebrated on december 25th every year.There the birth of jesus is commemorated .
